Description
You receive the following error message when starting or logging into the Urban Engine.
Urban Engine encountered an error logging in to UE Online: [35] – schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: Unknown error ( 0x80092013) – The revocation function was unable to check revocation because the revocation server was offline. Urban Engine will now shutdown.
Resolution
It is likely your workstation, network firewall or network proxy is blocking the Urban Engines access to our login servers. If the Urban Engine was previously sucessfully logging in, this could be due to a change in your organisations IT policies.
To verify, it is recommended you login to the Urban Engine via a different internet connection (such as a 4G or Public connection) and test that you can login successfully.
Please ensure the addresses and ports in our System Requirements are allowed through your firewall to the Urban Engine.
Alternatively, if your IT system uses a proxy server to filter internet access, try configuring the Urban Engine to use a proxy server.
