Description
If you receive the following error message when attempting to login to the Urban Engine, the software is successfully communicating with our server, however the provided username or password is incorrect.

Resolution
To resolve this, first ensure you are using the correct username. Your username can be found in the welcome email sent to you from UE Portal (subject line: UE Portal – Welcome). Your username is typically your email address.
This email will also contain your original password assigned to you when signing up. If you have since changed your password, this will no longer be valid.
If you have the correct username and forgotten or lost your password, navigate to the Lost Password page on the UE Portal.

Enter your email address and click Get New Password. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
- Note: If after 5 minutes you have not received an email with a link to reset your password, check your junk or spam folders for the email.
- If you still have not received an email to reset your password, contact support@u-c.com.au
Click the link in the email to open the Reset Password page.

Enter a new password and click Reset Password to finish the password reset process.
You can now login to the UE Portal or Urban Engine with your correct username and new password.
