Open the Camera Animation tool instantly crashes the Urban Engine
Cause
The Camera Animation tool automatically attempts to load the last used camera animation when it is opened. This file may contain data that causes UE 2.10.2 and earlier to crash. This bug has been resolved as of UE 2.11
Resolution
Updating to UE 2.11 should resolve this issue.
Alternatively, you can stop the Camera Animation tool from automatically loading this file by navigating to Start->Programs->Urban Circus 64->User Generated Content
Open the Saves folder.
Open the folder for the project you are experiencing the crash in.
Search for UserSettings.osm, open this file in a text editor.
Scan for the line <property last_opened_animation=”YourAnimationName.xml” />
Remove this line and save the file.
This should stop the Camera Animation path from loading the problem XML and crashing.
